01

02

Create Award Control Panels

This section will let you set up a Control Panel for each chapter/division. This consists of registering the name of the chapter/division, contact information, a username and password the chapter/division will use to access the Awards Control Panel. You can also upload the chapter/divisions logo which will be displayed . Of course you can update this information as needed. You can also disable and/or delete any Control Panels if necessary. This section also allows you to view a list of awards for each chapter/division and the number of nominations submitted for each award.

You can update your profile, upload your logo, change your password, view your account status, change your package and view your billing history.

03

Submit and Review Tickets

If you or any of your chapters/divisions have any issues with the service or general queries, you can submit a ticket and we will respond as quickly as possible. You will be able to see a list of submitted tickets, view the status of the ticket and view any conversations related to the ticket.

AWARDS MODULE

At the heart of any award or nomination management is the ability to create processes which meet your specific requirements . Our web-based application gives your association complete control over the creation and management of all awards and nomination campaigns (for example, awards for: merit, volunteer recognition, community engagement, board membership). Using the AWARDS CONTROL PANEL, you have access to a broad range of controls to customize the setup.

The Basics

01

02

Information and Dates

This section allows you to complete several basic tasks. Set the start and end dates for the nomination period. Name the award and provide a description. Assign the Award to a category, write a "Welcome Message". Provide instructions for the nominators/nominees. Describe the "prize" if there is one. Write a "Success Message" when the nomination has been completed.

Nominator/Nominee Settings

This section allows you to set settings that affect the nominator/nominee. Is a person will be able to nominate themself? Should a user be able to nominate someone else? Should a nominee provide information about themself if nominated by another. Should the nominee be notified of any nomination they may have been awarded and if so, should they be able to see information about the person who nominated them?

03

04

Email Content and Settings

This section allows you to write the content of several emails. Write an email which will be sent a nominator which also once they have completed their nomination. This application will provide a summary of the information they provided, so you don't have to. Write an email notifying a nominee that they have been nominated, if you have chosen to send such an email. If a nominee is also required to submit information about themself, write and email to that effect. This application will provide the necessary information and link to the necessary information and form required to complete the request so you don't have to.

Supporting File Requirements and Instructions

You may want nominees/nominators to provide documents to support the information they provide in their nomination. This section allows to set the requirement, required or not, the maximum number of files permitted for upload, along with instructions on what information is required and/or accepted.

Forms

01

02

Information about Nominators/Nominees

Our application provides all the basic information required for identifying nominators/nominees (first name, last name, email etc) so you dont' have to, but we also give you a lot of other custom choices. For example: prefix, suffix, address, phone, business name, title, relationships etc. You have complete control over the information you need. You can also determine which of the choices are required

Information Section Headings

You may want to separate the types of questions you will ask into categories, such membership information, working experience and so on. Our application gives you the ability to create your own categories and assign questions to their appropriate category

03

04

Forms and Questions

At the heart of every nomination is the information gathering. Our application gives you broad controls over the creation of form elements which produce different response types. For example, you can create forms with the following input types. TEXTAREA when you want to allow users to enter a sizable amount of free form text. A TEXT BOX that can define a single line of input, such as a name. CHECKBOXES to let users select one or more options with a limited number of choices. RADIO BUTTONS which let the user select only one of multiple choices. In addition, if you create a checkbox or radio button form element you have the ability to add a follow up question and select what response will trigger that follow up question. You can also create form elements that require a a DATE, a NUMBER or an EMAIL ADDRESS as input. You can create a 7 POINT LIKERT, also know as a "satisfaction" scale, which allows respondents to specify their level of agreement or disagreement to a question of statement and/or a NUMBER SCALE which allows respondents to select from a 1 to 10 (or your choice) response for a question or statement. Of course you can also set the response requirement, required or not required, for each question.

Assigning and Notifying Judges

This section takes the headache out of assigning judges to awards and notifying them. You will be able to set the judging start and end dates, enter the names and addresses of judges you would like to evaluate each award. You can write the content of the email where you can include instructions or information the judges will need to complete their task. You can create 3 evaluation forms, Likert, numeric and open text and ask as many questions as you wish. Judges will then complete the evaluation form and submit it. There are also settings to "Permit Blind Judging" which prevents judges from seeing information that would identify the nominee and "Permit Vote Changing" which allows judges to change their vote right up until the judging end date. Once you have done that you can send the email you have created.

Testing and Viewing Nominations

01

02

Testing

Once you have finished setting up the award, you can run it in a test environment. This will allow you have exactly the same experience users will have. If you want to make any changes, just go back to the appropriate setting, make the change and run it again. This is an important step in the process, because once the nomination period has begun you will not be able to make changes to all of the settings.

Viewing Nominations

After each award has been launched you will be given the ability to view each submitted nomination for the award.

JUDGING MODULE

01

02

View Nominations

If you complete the judging setup in the Awards Module, judges will be able to login to the Judging Module to the evaluate the awards that have been assigned to them. They will be able to see the names of those nominated for each award, the questions asked of the nominators and if selected, the nominees and their respective responses.

Evaluate Nominations

This is where the judges will be able to submit their evaluations of the nominees by responding to the questions you have created to assist them in this task. All of their responses will be stored and made available to assist you in your final determination of the successfull nominee.
